This website is designed as an information and contact page. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the website and our content and to handle your enquiries. No tracking takes place, no analytics tools are used, and no consent or marketing cookies are set.

4. Hosting and server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects technically necessary information that your browser transmits, typically the IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and operating system, and the referrer URL. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Hosting provider: Host Europe GmbH, Gertrudenstraße 30-36, 50667 Köln, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

5. Enquiry form “Strategy call”

You can send us an enquiry using the form on the strategy call page. The data you enter, namely first name, last name, email address and your message, and optionally company, role, telephone number, topic and preferred means of contact, is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our web server, forwarded from there immediately by email to info@magni-advisory.com and not stored permanently on the web server. You receive an automatic confirmation of receipt at the address you provided.

The purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry and to prepare an initial conversation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the consent you have given. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal email is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

To protect against automated submissions, the form checks an additional field that is invisible to you as well as the interval between opening and submitting the page. No personal data is transmitted to third parties in this process and no cookies are set.

Your details are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose, at the latest after statutory retention periods expire. If a working relationship arises, the commercial and tax retention periods of six and ten years respectively apply.

6. Contacting us by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual and contractual communication, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

7. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not embed external fonts, maps or social media services. No usage profiles are created.

8. Data security (SSL/TLS)

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

9. Your rights as a data subject

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21). To exercise your rights, an email to info@magni-advisory.com is sufficient.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

This privacy policy is dated September 2026 and may be amended as the website develops or legal requirements change.
